1.4 Account Closure

We may suspend or close an account immediately without prior notice if any of the following occurs—

• When we have reason to believe false personal information has been provided
• When there is suspicion of fraud or dishonest techniques being used in games
• When a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• When there is reason to believe the account is connected to money laundering

2.1 Deposits

The current deposit methods at nn77 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks — no commission charged and processed quickly. After depositing, you must play before withdrawing to an external account.

2.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are guaranteed to be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

2.3 Financial Security Verification

When a withdrawal request is for a large amount, or when suspicious activity related to financial security is detected, nn77 may request your KYC (Know Your Customer) information. Withdrawals will be processed only after that information has been provided.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

nn77 offers a 120% Welcome Bonus of up to 500,000 Ks on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks — receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, balance becomes 44,000 Ks, and you must wager 24,000 × 15 = 360,000 Ks
• Deposit 840,000 Ks — receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks, balance becomes 1,340,000 Ks, and you must wager 500,000 × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks

3.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• The bonus may sometimes be restricted to specific game types (football or slots) only
• Each person can receive the Welcome Bonus once only
• Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been successfully met
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period after receiving the bonus, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited

3.3 VIP Program

nn77's VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive cashback of up to 0.3% per week, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. As you move up in tier, you get better service and access to exclusive promotions.

4.1 Prohibited Tools

Using bots, automation scripts, VPNs (for the purpose of hiding your IP), fast-click software, or any tool that attempts to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and the remaining balance may be confiscated.

4.2 Abusive Practices

Bonus abuse — where users deliberately exploit bonuses in bad faith — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being suspended if detected. This includes patterns where a player takes a bonus and attempts to withdraw without genuinely playing.
